Fishing and photography are good companions.
As I wander the most beautiful parts of the Scotland, especially the Scottish
Highlands I am fortunate enough to take some lovely photographs, genuine
Scottish pictures. And so my photo library has plenty of stock images
and pictures of fishing, fishing tackle, fishermen, salmon, trout, sea
trout, pike, rivers and lochs. After all if you want to have great fishing
pictures where better to go than the beautiful wild places where the fish
live.
When I'm not out fishing or sitting at home tying (more!) flies,
chances are I'm out taking photographs of, you've guessed it, fishing.
My pictures have been used in many magazines, books and reports, not only
in the UK but also in the USA, Canada and continental Europe. Examples
can be found in Trout and Salmon, Fly Fishing and Fly Tying, Scottish
Field, Atlantic Salmon Journal to name a few magazines.
